Updating Payment Information
Step 1: Click the link labeled "View Invoices/Enter Payment Details Here" that you received in your email. If you need us to resend an email, please contact us at info@palmerviolins.com
Step 2: Locate the button in the lower left of your account summary labeled "Update Your Payment Information".
Step 3: Check the two boxes at the top and confirm that you are not a robot (unless you are).
By default, it will ask for Credit / Debit card information. If you would prefer to use a checking account, click the box that says Credit/Debit and select ACH instead.
