Online Rental Application

• When you pick up the instrument or we deliver it to your student's school, we will bill you in advance for the first three months. We automatically prorate the first month, so if you pick up the instrument on November 15, we will only bill you for the last half of the month. Automatic monthly payments will begin at the conclusion of the the prepaid period.
• We include repair coverage with the rental. If there is damage to the instrument, please bring it back to us and we will repair the instrument, free of charge. For more information, please check out our Beginners and Rentals FAQ
• Your rental instrument remains the property of Palmer Violin Shop and is not for sale. However, 80% what you pay in rental fees can be redeemed as credit that you may use towards the purchase a new instrument from our inventory.
• Students at Palmer String Studio receive a 15% discount on their rental.

• You can also purchase your accessories while completing the application. Once you select your instrument and school, it will automatically add the teacher-recommended items to your cart. If there are items you don't need, you can simply remove them.
• As part of your application, our system will securely collect your credit card information. This will be the card used to process monthly payments. If you're only signing up for a rental, you won't be charged BUT you still need to complete the checkout process. If you're purchasing accessories, you will be charged for those accessories at checkout, but again, no rental fees are charged until you actually have the instrument.
• You can specify how you would like to receive the instruments. Violins and violas (and their accessories) can be delivered to your child's school, or picked up at either our Rogers or Bentonville location. School regulations prohibit us from delivering cellos and basses to schools, but they may be picked up at either of our locations. • We will process your request and contact you to let you know when it will be ready. We need a minimum of two business days to prepare your instrument. Please do not come to pick up an instrument until we have confirmed that it is ready.
